As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Delivery within the United States takes approximately 12-25 business days after processing, while international delivery takes approximately 14-30 giorni lavorativi to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.

Sostituzione

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to [email protected]wowelo.com. If the case is deemed valid, Wowelo will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

If buyers request product return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Changes on Orders
